4.1. While using the website and its services, you, the user, undertake to comply with the laws in force and not to carry out cracking, hacking or other similar activities, which endanger the proper functioning of the website, the server, information security, etc.; you undertake not to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, publish, reproduce, create derivative products or sell any kind of information or services obtained through the site; you undertake to bear any additional costs related to the use of the site, such as those requested by telephone and Internet service providers.

5.1. Protecting your privacy while using our website is an extremely important aspect for us. That is why we continue to inform you in detail about the processing of personal data. Personal data are processed on this web page by S.C. SVN ROMANIA REAL ESTATE ADVISORS SRL acting as authorized representative for the company AL SIN MANAGEMENT S.R.L. based on a service contract, in order to identify potential buyers for the apartments in the First Estates residential project. When using and processing personal data, companies strictly comply with the legal provisions in force regarding data protection. The right to use personal data and anonymous data belongs to S.C. companies. SVN ROMANIA REAL ESTATE ADVISORS S.R.L. and AL SIN MANAGEMENT S.R.L. within the limits provided by law, respecting the rights of the persons concerned described below.

5.2. This data protection declaration applies only to (www.firstestates.ro) and related subdomains, as well as

and for pages presenting promotional campaigns, but not for pages controlled or operated by third parties. Please check the data protection declarations of the web pages controlled or operated by third parties, because these web pages are not under the control of the residential project and do not assume responsibility for their content and their data protection measures.

5.6. WHAT KIND OF PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS?

If you are a client or potential client of the residential project:

We collect personal data following most interactions with you, as well as in other aspects of our activity.

a) data necessary for sending an offer following your request and for maintaining contact with you (for example, name, surname, e-mail, telephone, address);

b) information about your request, including special requirements and preferences related to the apartment;

c) additional data necessary for the conclusion of contracts between you and us (for example, for the conclusion of a rental contract, we will need the series and number of the identity document as well as your address, and for the conclusion of a sale-purchase contract we will need your CNP for authentication of the deed by a public notary);

d) information about the vehicles that you can bring onto our property, for example, registration number;

e) the information you provide regarding your marketing preferences;

f) personal data provided by you in order to register and subscribe to the newsletter;

g) reviews and opinions about our services;

h) any other types of information you choose to provide us.

Also, surveillance cameras and other security measures located on our properties can capture or record images of you, tenants, and visitors in public places (such as the entrances to the premises or the halls of the premises), as well as your location data (via the images captured by surveillance cameras).

You can choose at any time what personal data you want to provide us. However, if you choose not to provide specific personal data, if the basis of our request is compliance with a legal obligation, contractual obligations, or obligations necessary to conclude a contract, we will be unable to offer you certain services, for example:

(i) if you do not want to give us your name, surname, e-mail address, or telephone number when you request an offer, we will not be able to make and send the requested offer, or (ii) considering the legal obligations in force, to the extent that you do not wish to give us your CNP to the public notary for the completion and authentication of the sales contract, he will not be able to conclude the contract with you.

B) When sending the contact form or making a phone call in order to request a viewing of the housing unit in stock, your personal data from the categories* (surname, surname, telephone, email address, specific message) are processed under the conditions stipulated herein section.

Purpose: Preparing/carrying out and carrying out a purchase of a housing unit from stock or to respond to requests for offers sent by you. The data is processed through the sales representatives of the residential project.

Grounds: Execution of a contract or taking pre-contractual measures at your request.

Purpose: we process your personal data to maintain contact with you in order to transmit the necessary and interesting information for you.

Grounds: conclusion and execution of a contract; we can also send you information about the location rented or purchased by you based on our legitimate interest

D) Conclusion of the contract with you.

Purpose: we process your personal data for the valid conclusion of the contract requested by you.

Grounds: the conclusion and execution of a contract and the fulfillment of legal obligations

E) Provision of additional information regarding possible ways of financing real estate properties or guaranteeing with a residential property (through partners, for example but not limited to them/SVN CREDIT ROMANIA SRL).

Purpose: we process your personal data to facilitate information about financing methods

Grounds: information about financial products and/or the conclusion and execution of a service contract

F) Marketing:

Purpose: we process your personal data for marketing purposes, such as commercial newsletters and marketing communications regarding new products and services or other offers that we believe may be of interest to you.

Subscription to the Newsletter

The data indicated in the respective registration from the categories* (contact and identification data) will be used only for sending the newsletter. When sending the newsletter, we will use the e-mail address communicated by you and finally we need your confirmation that, as the owner of the e-mail address, you agree to receive them. We will include an unsubscribe link, which you can use if you no longer want us to send you messages.

Purpose: Sending information about products, services and events

Grounds: Consent

Consequences of refusal: if you do not agree with this processing, you will not receive the newsletter.

*Exact data fields: Address form, first name, last name, e-mail.

If necessary, in accordance with applicable law, we will obtain your consent before processing your personal data for direct marketing purposes.

5.8. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Your personal data is kept for the entire period of achieving the purposes detailed in this policy, if a longer period of storage time is not required or permitted by the applicable law.

We constantly review the need to keep your personal data, and to the extent that the processing is no longer necessary and there is no obligation imposed by law to keep your personal data, we will delete/destroy your personal information as soon as possible and in a in such a way that they cannot be recovered or reconstructed (for example, we will delete/destroy all data

• Use control measures to prevent the use of processing facilities and systems a

data by unauthorized persons, including means of assigning privileges and usernames and passwords.

Data transmission control measures to prevent reading, copying, modification or deletion of personal data during transmission, transport or storage on data carriers and to allow checks to be carried out to identify recipients authorized to receive personal data , including by means of encryption.

10.1. In some cases, it is possible that the prices are no longer current. For exact information on prices, please contact your sales representative. Please let us know the exact specifications and the exact price for the housing unit when concluding the sale-purchase contract. All images are informative. Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee the exact correspondence of the characteristics in the presentation images, due to the different display mode of different monitors. All commercial presentation materials related to this residential project (images, technical characteristics, finishes, prices, etc.) do not create contractual obligations, do not constitute a contract offer and can be modified unilaterally by the Developer.
